Various factors, such as weather conditions, availability, and external variables, can impact the timeline. However, our team will collaborate with you to ensure a smooth, efficient, and seamless relocation process.
We recommend booking your pet's move at least 45 days in advance to allow sufficient time for planning and coordination. This helps minimize the risk of delays or complications. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever feasible.
Our comprehensive services cover all aspects of the move, including medical reviews, paperwork handling to comply with German regulations, international airfreight (Lufthansa) and associated fees/surcharges, customs clearance, and import processing fees. We also provide local pickup or meet-and-greet services at major international airports and a dedicated PetRelocation Coordinator as your single point of contact.
Our service does not include veterinary services, USDA endorsement, boarding, courier fees, and other extra services. However, we can offer guidance and recommendations for these services.
