Our Service Fee pays for your advisor's time and expertise as they guide you through your preparations, travel requirements, relocation logistics, travel day, and more.   

Our Service Fee does not include the required costs for your pet's relocation. 

Required costs refer to the unavoidable costs of moving a pet, which vary based on location, destination, the number and type of pet(s), time of year, and mode(s) of transportation. Required costs can include vet appointments, travel crates, plane tickets, ground transportation, and government fees.
